Josep Forges Nogués, founder of TEF, used to say that the most important asset of any organisation is the people who form part of it, drive it forward and give it a life of its own. It was in this spirit that he created TEF Montajes y Servicios in 1982, more than four decades ago.
These principles are what have made TEF what we are today. The generational change is now fully consolidated. Ferran Forges, at the helm of the company, keeps intact the pillars on which his father built TEF.
The spirit remains the same, but electronics and technology have undergone extraordinary developments and provided us with new tools that we could not have dreamed of back in the 1980s, when we first set out on our journey.
